Shipping Timeframe: We strive to get your order to you as swiftly as possible. Orders placed with Cuento de Luz will be dispatched within 1 to 3 business days from the day of order placement.
Shipping Costs: For our valued customers, we offer a simple and convenient shipping cost structure:
- For a single book, the shipping cost is 1,99 €.
- For orders of two books or more, shipping is free of charge.
Delivery Area: Our shipping services are currently available within the Spain Peninsula.
Delivery Method: We partner with reputable courier services to ensure your order reaches you in excellent condition. Our couriers are experienced in handling books delicately to guarantee they arrive in pristine condition.
Delivery Time: While we make every effort to provide accurate delivery estimates, please note that the actual delivery time may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or external factors beyond our control.
Ordering on Weekends and Holidays: Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Return Policy - Cuento de Luz
At Cuento de Luz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, we've outlined our return policy below to ensure a hassle-free process:
General Return Guidelines: Customers can return any purchased item from our website as long as the products remain unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. The return costs, including shipping expenses, will be the responsibility of the customer.
Customer will have a period of 30 days for any return, a period counting from the moment of receipt of the product. Likewise, this period will be subject to the assumptions indicated by the General Law of Consumers and Users.
Returns of the following products will not be accepted, as established by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the refunded text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws .
Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned item and confirming its condition, Cuento de Luz will initiate a refund. The refund amount will be reimbursed to the customer within 15 days using the same payment method used for the initial transaction at the time of purchase. No additional fees will be charged for the refund, excluding the original shipping costs.
Defective Product: In the case of an origin-defective product, we are here to assist. Cuento de Luz will replace the defective product with the same item or reference. Only the initial shipment will be billed, and the publisher will cover the return and re-shipping costs.
Exchange for Different Item: If a customer wishes to exchange an item for a different one, they will need to cover the return and re-shipping costs associated with the exchange.
Deterioration or Non-Conformity: In instances where a product arrives in a deteriorated condition or does not conform due to transportation, the customer must report it to Cuento de Luz within 14 calendar days after receiving the shipment. Please notify us via email at pedidos@cuentodeluz.com.
Incorrect Product Received: If a customer receives an incorrect product, Cuento de Luz will bear the collection costs for the incorrect item and will deliver the correct product according to the original order.
Verification of Returned Item: Before processing any refunds or exchanges, Cuento de Luz will verify the receipt, sender (clearly indicated), and the condition of the packaging and accessories of the returned item.
